Concept: A luxury condominium project designed with age-in-place accessibility, located in Nebraska. Positioned at the end of the mixeduse development The Row, the project features 108 units across three buildings built across two phases, with a well-balanced unit mix of one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom residences. I contributed to the project by designing unit mix layouts for the entire building, developing floor plan layouts, crafting amenity spaces, and refining the interior design for all units. My work also included material selection, fixture specification, tabulations, and ensuring a cohesive and functional design throughout the development.
